The win-win problem solving is based on democratic philosophy approach, which is assumes that is possible for both sides in a conflict to have their needs met in a the situation. It usually needs creativity for finding a new solution match for both sides, and/ or to apply certain communication methods.

Two main methods are known about communication problem-solving. The first one, which used in Gordon’s T.E.T. programs and the second one, the Nonviolent Communication /NVC/ are highly recommended to use for solving conflicts in many work related relationships , employer and employee, or among team members, or even teacher-student, and challenging family relationships. Both of these methods help to solve problems by keeping mutually satisfying within the interaction.
